Cooking guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas, 40 mins
Needs cooking
Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Preheat oven. Line baking tray with foil. Transfer the lamb to a grill rack on the baking tray with fat facing upwards and discard any juices. Cook on middle shelf of oven. After cooking, leave to stand for 5 mins. Carve or flake meat using a sharp knife. Pour over the mint sauce to serve.
Do not reheat.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.

This product has been slow cooked for tenderness, therefore fat and juices may be visible in the pack.
