Preparation and Usage
Slow Cooked Turkey Breast with Bacon and Stuffing OVEN 50 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6 Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging and place sauce sachet to one side. Transfer the meat and juices into a small oven tray. Cover with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 45 mins. Remove from oven. Remove foil and baste turkey with the juices. Drain the cooking juices and retain for later. Return to oven and cook for a further 5 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving. Place the Turkey on a carving board and slice into 1cm slices. Place slices on a serving dish.
Cut Potatoes with Smoked Bacon Lardons OVEN 60 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6 Preheat oven.
Place a baking tray in the oven to pre-heat. Once pre-heated, remove all the packaging and separate the bacon lardons from the potatoes. Place the bacon lardons evenly onto the pre-heated baking tray before placing the potatoes evenly on the bacon. Lightly drizzle with vegetable oil. Place the baking tray on the top shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 mins. Turn the potatoes over and leave to cook for further 30 mins. For even crispier potatoes cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for 5 minutes and stir before serving.
Spiced Red Cabbage OVEN 15 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6 Preheat oven. Remove all the packaging.
Transfer the cabbage into a small tray. Separate and spread the cabbage evenly in the tray. Place the tray into the oven. Remove from oven and stir before serving. MICROWAVE Remove all packaging. Transfer the cabbage into a microwaveable container and cover. Cook on high (100%). 750W 4 mins, 30 secs 900W 4 mins After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.
Chantenay Carrots OVEN 20 mins ELECTRIC 200˚C / Fan 180˚C / Gas 6 Preheat oven. Remove all the packaging. Transfer the carrots into a small tray. Separate and spread carrots evenly in the tray. Place the tray into the oven. Remove from oven, baste the carrots with the butter before serving. MICROWAVE Remove all packaging. Transfer the carrots into a microwaveable container and cover. Cook on high (100%). 750W 4 mins, 30 secs 900W 4 mins After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.
Gravy HOB Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver the desired consistency. Do not reheat.
