Chunks of tender venison + decadent dauphinoise + wilted green veg = a hearty venison casserole
Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking.
Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. 7-8 mins
Transfer the contents of the pouch into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently, cover, reduce heat and simmer.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cook on high (100%). Remove all packaging, discard foil tray and empty contents of pouch into microwaveable dish. Gently break apart any large pieces of meat. Cover and cook.

Remove from microwave and stir thoroughly.
Re-cover, return to microwave and cook further:

900W 3 mins, 30 secs
After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins and stir before serving. Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Transfer contents of pouch into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Cook for 30 mins. Remove from oven and stir to break up meat. Return to oven and cook uncovered for a further 10 mins. Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving.
