Recipe Suggestion
BBQ chicken fillets - serves 2
You Will Need
5 tsp smokehouse bbq seasoning
320g of chicken mini fillets
5 tsp oil
Method
1. In a bowl evenly mix the chicken with the seasoning and the oil.
2. Place on a non-stick griddle pan or BBQ and cook for 4-5 mins each side.
3. Check the product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Serve on soft rolls with crunchy creamy coleslaw and M&S house BBQ sauce.
