Step 1
To cook
Fajitas
2 Tbsp of oil, 500g chicken breast - Sliced
1 Red pepper, 1 yellow pepper & 1 red onion - All finely sliced
1 Fajita kit & 1 pot soured cream
Heat the oil in a large frying pan on medium to high heat. Add the chicken & vegetables, stir-fry for 5-10 mins. Sprinkle over the spice mix & keep stirring until the chicken is cooked.
Step 2
It's warming up
Warm up the tortillas in the microwave by piercing the film & heating on full power for 35-40 secs or take the tortillas out of the film packaging, wrap them in aluminum foil & heat them in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/180°C fan/Gas 6 for approx. 8 mins.
Keep them warm until ready to serve.
Step 3
It's a wrap
Create your fajita by spreading some salsa onto the tortilla, add the sizzling chicken & vegetables, then top with a dollop of soured cream. Roll up the tortilla & enjoy!

Adding a bit more zing with some fresh guacamole, a heap of re-fried beans, finish off with a sprinkling of grated cheese & some jalapeño peppers.
