M&S Smoky BBQ Fajita Kit

Perfect for sharing with friends and family any night of the week, this mildly spiced BBQ fajita kit allows you to make delicious smoky fajitas in three easy steps. Included in the box is eight soft flour tortillas, a salsa sauce and a smoky spice mix. Simply choose the protein of your choice and stir-fry with the seasoning until cooked, roll up and enjoy. Suitable for vegans. Serves 8.

1 To Cook
- Slice 500g chicken breast, 2 peppers, and 1 onion.
- Drizzle a little oil into a frying pan and heat
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until thoroughly cooked.
- Next, add the vegetables and the sachet of seasoning and continue stirring until the vegetables are heated through yet still crunchy.
2 Getting Ready
- Warm up the tortillas in the microwave by piercing the film and heating up on full power for 35-40 secs.
Alternatively, wrap the tortillas in aluminium foil and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6 for approx. 8 mins. Keep the tortillas covered and warm until ready to serve.
3 It's a Wrap
- Take a warm tortilla, spoon over the salsa sauce and add the sizzling chicken and vegetables. Roll up the tortilla for the perfect wrap.
- For something a little more individual, why not try adding a drizzle of sour cream and a dollop of fresh guacamole, topped off with a sprinkling of grated cheese. Serve with jalapeño peppers and heated re-fried beans to complete your Mexican inspired feast.
