This soft white half bloomer, made with Scottish oats and honey is a natural source of Vitamin D and fibre. Great for making sandwiches.
All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Toast was inedible.
This was not a good bread - really thin and unsubstantial. When toasted the bread becomes brittle and thin and simply collapses if you add anything. Would not recommend or buy again.
Not for me
I tried this for a change and because I only wanted a small amount of bread but I found it rather dry and that it had little substance to it. It may just be me as others seem to like it but I wont be buying again.
Like the taste soft and fresh toast is more crispy than crunchy
tasteless and very thin. disappointing.
Bread was really fresh but the flavour and texture was definitely not for our familys taste. The texture is an open bake but is dry and flavourless in our tastebuds experience would not recommend and will not be purchasing again for our family
Really nice bread especially for those who have difficulty digesting wholemeal BUT its suddenly increased in price AND shrunk in size!! Now paying more for what is HALF a loaf of the original size .. even has just one crust per pack. Disgraceful really.
