Not much flavour

I have had Cornish brie before which was lovely but this one has no flavour.

What's happened

It was all dry inside, firm and chalky, so disappointed as last time I bought it it was lovely and soft inside.

lovely cheese

I regularly buy thus cheese. Always excellent, tasty and perfect for our needs. I use to make a lovely courgette, onion, potato and brie soup. In a fresh bagutte with olives and saurkraut. Also for jacket potatoes and quite honestly, the best...straight out of the fridge. Wonderful and my go to.
