Nice Flakes
I was wondering what had happened to the M&S Rice and Wheat Flakes that I used to enjoy and then I discovered that they have been re-invented and re-branded as Special Flakes in a rather obvious attempt to sound like a similar branded cereal! Anyway, these are nice flakes, not over sweet or gritty like others I have tried. They are also relatively healthy.

not something to look forward to
It just isnt very good. Special K is too sweet for my taste my favourite of these flakey (and knock-off) cereals is Sainsburys Balance. It isnt as dense and sad as this one!
