To release pudding run a sharp knife around the inside of the pot and turn out.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and film.
For one pudding:
750W 1 min
900W 50 secs
For two puddings:
750W 1 min, 50 secs
900W 1 min, 40 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on preheated baking tray.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 16 mins
