M&S Steak Casserole with Dumplings & Gravy

A traditional casserole made with tender British beef, onions, carrots, swede and suet dumplings in a rich beef gravy. Cook in the oven or in the microwave. Serves 1.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within three months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) consume within 24 hours.
Defrost thoroughly before microwaving.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results, Oven cook.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 5 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins, 30 secs
Stir after cooking.
Guide for one pack only.; Oven cook - From Frozen. After 45 mins, remove film and cook for a further 10 mins.
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 55 mins; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven.
Place on baking tray.
After 15 mins, remove film and cook for a further 10 mins.
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 25 mins
