Wash before use.

Boil - From Chilled. 5 - 6 mins
- Place in a pan of boiling water for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. Remove from packaging.; Steam - From Chilled. 6 - 7 mins
- Place in a steamer for 6-7 minutes or until tender.
