misleading
artificial sugars are still sugars, albeit it highly processed - and they aren't great for the gut. maybe just eater fewer biscuits WITH SUGAR, rather than kid yourself that this is a "healthier" option. it isn't.
Fabs
Great product! Cant tell the difference really.
Fantastic find
Absolutely delicious. Great texture and taste. I couldn't tell that they were sugar free. Very chocolatey and extremely moorish. These weren't stocked in my local M&S so I was very pleased to find them on Ocado. A regular purchase.
Good but with a warning
I'm really grateful to the previous reviewer for pointing out that E965 is actually sugar alcohol and so can still affect blood glucose levels. I've just Googled it and found: "Maltitol is a typically safe sugar substitute with fewer calories than sugar. But it's still a carbohydrate and can affect your blood glucose levels or weight management efforts." It can also cause gut issues i.e. from over consumption; thankfully I didn't have this problem. However the product did raise my blood sugar levels and I couldn't work out why at first. I believe this is why it is not marketed as suitable for diabetics.
Misleading
These contain sugar alcohol so will increase blood sugar levels, disappointed and very misleading so beware!
Great for people avoiding sugar
A small treat for those who are not eating sugar. Such a rare find. Thanks M&S
