Preparation
Carolina Pulled Pork Sliders
Pork shoulder approx. 800g x
Bottle Sweet Carolina Sauce
Brioche Burger Buns
Method
Preheat oven to 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas 3.
1. Brush the pork shoulder with 1/3 of the Sweet Carolina Sauce.
2. Place in a deep roasting tray with 400ml water, cover with foil and cook for 2 hours 45 minutes - 3 hours.
3. Once the pork is cooked, remove the fat and discard the juices.
4. Pull the pork and mix with the remaining sauce.
5. Serve in the brioche buns.
