Preparation and Usage
Shake well before use.
Stir Fry Meal Suggestion: In a hot wok, stir fry protein until lightly browned. Add veg and stir fry as stated on pack. Add noodles and this sauce and continue to stir fry until piping hot. Serve immediately. Ensure protein and veg are fully cooked before serving.
Instructions
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%). Empty contents into a microwaveable bowl. Heat for 1 min, remove and stir, and heat for a further 1 min. After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min. Stir before serving.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.

Wheat now added
Being recently diagnosed as having coeliac Ive found my choice of stir fry sauces very limited so was pleased to find this and weve been really enjoying it until today when it now has an allergy update because theyve added wheat - WHY?! So disappointing.
DANGER Receipe change. Full of Wheat now
In its previous incarnation this was what free. Why now add it? We have used this for a long while, and now it is no longer suitable for people who have a wheat intolerance. Shame on you M&S and Ocado for stocking this. Tesco one is still wheat free

Ok sauce. Didnt try the previous version everyone is saying was much better so cant compare. It does the job I guess but definitely not chill enough flavour. I added chilli flakes second purchase! Just an easy add within the stir fry meal deal.

terrible new recipe
Used to buy this every week until they changed the recipe. I initially thought it had gone off as it was cloudy and a strange orange colour, but it is actually meant to be like that! It tastes even worse than it looks. Wont be buying again.
Shockingly bad new recipe!
We bought this regularly and really enjoyed our stir fry using this sauce. Honestly, I was shocked at how bad the new recipe is. Would not buy this again and therefore wont be buying any of the M&S stir fry meal deals again. Wouldnt even give it one star!
