Brined in muscovado sugar then dry cured with Scottish Blackthorn sea salt & demerara sugar, hot smoked over chestnut & beech
Our sweet cured mackerel is delicious served with grains, beetroot and a yogurt, horseradish and dill dressing.
It is recommended to eat two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily.
Long chain omega 3 fats contribute to the normal function of the heart. A serving provides 4.1g, 1640% of the recommended daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 12 - 14 mins
