Our sweet cured mackerel is delicious served with grains, beetroot and a yogurt, horseradish and dill dressing.

Preparation and Usage

You may notice some natural variation in the colour of the mackerel; this doesn't affect its eating quality.

Cooking guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 12 - 14 mins
To serve hot - preheat oven.
Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray.
Do not reheat.
This product can be served hot or cold.
