Cooking guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. - Remove all packaging
- Wash before use.; Other - From Chilled. Salads (Blanching)
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil.
- Add mange tout and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Drain and cool immediately in iced water to retain colour and crunch.; Steam - From Chilled. Steam
- Place pods in a steamer and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp
- Cool immediately under cold running water or in iced water for salads.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan
- Add mange tout and stir-fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
