Oven cook - From Ambient. Jacket Potatoes
Electric 220ºC, Fan 200ºC, Gas 7, 45-60 mins
Remove all packaging.
Preheat oven. Pierce potatoes several times. Place directly on the oven shelf.
Cook until tender.
Do not reheat.
Cut open and serve with crème fraîche, season and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika.
