Seriously fed\-up with short\-date salads!
I tried this salad for the first time and was very impressed. Very nice mix of items, although a bit light on the peppers. Yes, it's expensive, but for those of us who are disabled it's a godsend. And there's no waste. Well, unless it goes off before you can finish it as Ocado keep doing their usual trick of sending items that have to be used the next day. It makes menu-planning a nightmare. And I truly don't believe that they can't manage stock levels and use-by dates better than this. It's taking advantage of those of us who can't get to the supermarket.
Very short use by date
I'm normally pretty impressed by the shelf life of products I buy from Ocado. However, I ordered 2 of these and my receipt stated that both of these need to be eaten by end of tomorrow. Not particularly helpful. The salad itself is lovely, though.
Good flavour and convenient
I buy this to add as a side salad to meals or to add to my sandwiches/wraps. Quick and convenient if you are on the go!
Big, tasty and fresh
Even though this feels expensive, I think it is worth the money. If you want a large amount of ready prepared very fresh green (and red) things, this is the option for you.
