170°C, 8 mins
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove sleeve and film over cauliflower
- Place cauliflower into the air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Program to cook for 8 mins; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
For best results, use the oven

- Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on high (100%)
- Stir before serving; Oven cook - From Chilled. Cauliflower only

- Remove cauliflower from packaging and spread evenly on preheated baking tray
