Wash before use. Slice as required.

Hob - From Chilled. 4-8 mins
Place in a pan of boiling water, cover and bring back to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender.; Steam - From Chilled. 5-8 mins
Place in a steamer and steam until tender.; Stir Fry - From Chilled. 4-8 mins
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a wok over a medium heat and fry until tender.
