M&S T-Bone Steak
The traditional T-bone cut is made up of both sirloin and fillet steaks, separated by the bone. Leaving the bone in deepens the flavour and keeps the meat succulent and juicy as it cooks.

Carving
For best results, carve thinly using a sharp knife.
1. Secure a large chopping board by placing on top of a damp cloth.
2. Transfer the steak onto the chopping board.
3. Remove meat from the bone by holding the steak vertically and cut between the bone and the meat, ensuring your knife is tight against the bone.
4. Secure the steak by pushing the fork through the centre of the steak and hold firmly.
5. Slice thinly into 5mm / 10mm slices using a sharp knife.
