Handling raw meat safely
Wash and dry hands thoroughly before and after handling raw meat, and after disposing of packaging. Use separate chopping boards/utensils for raw meat. Always cover meat and store at bottom of fridge.

Air Fry - From Chilled. 180°C, 8 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 4.2L
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread
- Program to cook for 8 mins (from chilled) or 10 mins (from frozen)
- Allow to stand for 1 min; Air Fry - From Frozen. 180°C, 10 mins
- Based on a 1400W fryer with a max basket of 4.2L
- Preheat air fryer
- Remove all packaging, spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer ensuring even spread

For best results, use the Oven
Ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout. Cook times are only a guideline. Air fryers vary in performance so consult manufacturer's guidance.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 12-15 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place chicken on rack on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Allow to stand for 1 min; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15-18 mins
- Preheat oven
- Remove all packaging
- Place chicken on rack on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
- Allow to stand for 1 min
