Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.

900W - 2 mins, 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place on baking tray.
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 15 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins.
