Serve with an additional 1 or 2 portions of vegetables.

Cooking Instructions - General. Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
For best results, microwave.
Guide for one pack only.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W 2 mins, 30 secs
900W 2 mins
Cook on high (100%).
After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 15 mins
Preheat oven. Wait until the oven has preheated to correct temperature before cooking. Place on baking tray.
After cooking, allow to stand for 1 min.
