Pan Fry 9 mins 30 secs
•Remove film lid
•Set the butter and sachet of crispy onions to one side
•Preheat frying pan with 15ml of vegetable oil to a medium heat
•Carefully add the Tenderstem® broccoli and cook for 8 mins, turning frequently
•Add butter
•After 30 secs, remove the frying pan from the heat and continue to roll the Tenderstem® broccoli through the melted butter for a further 1 min
•Leave to stand for 1 min

Microwave 800W 3 mins
•Peel film lid. Remove the sachet of crispy onions and place to one side, replace film
•Cook on high (100%)
•Carefully peel back the film lid and stir halfway through cook time

To serve, top with the crispy onions.
Do not reheat.
