Cooking Instructions - General. For best result steam.
- Remove all packaging
- Trim ends if required; Other - From Chilled. Griddle, 8-12 mins
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a griddle pan
- Cook on medium heat, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred

Roast, 12-15 mins
Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
- Preheat 1 tbsp of oil in a baking tray
- Place Tenderstem® onto the baking tray
- Cook until tender, turning occasionally; Steam - From Chilled. 4-6 mins
- Place into a steamer or colander and steam until tender

Film - Recycle with bags at large supermarket - Don't recycle at home
