Thai Green Curry
Blender Required
1 Peel Garlic & Ginger, Remove Base & Chop Lemongrass, Remove Chilli Stalks, Add 1 tbsp Oil, a Splash of Water & Blend with Remaining Herb Kit Ingredients.
2 Heat Oil in A Large Pan, Gently Fry the Thai Paste for 1-2 Mins, Add the Diced Protein or Veg & Saute for 5 Mins.
3 Pour in the Coconut Milk & Simmer for 30 Mins.

350g Diced Chicken Breast or Your Favourite Vegetables
400ml Coconut Milk
4tbsp Vegetable Oil
