Made with our 30-year-old sourdough starter culture and topped with a classic tiger crust, this loaf is perfect for making sandwiches or dunking into warming soups.
All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Where's the tiger?
This is just an average thick sliced white bloomer. There is merely a skim of the classic tiger crust that you would expect. Very underwhelming
Mouldy!!
Mouldy a few days after delivery and before its due date.
Versatile white sliced staple
The reviews saying bland / stale are probably making boring sandwiches!! French Ham w/ cream cheese and cucumber, leaf and splash of light caeser is my favourite cold one. & this bread has made endless amounts of delicious toasties on the pan, Croque Monsieurs in the oven! When theres a substitute for another tiger bread the crust is usually strong and overpowering - This one is slightly sweet! Its a simple base for making awesome dishes. Also keeps for around 2 weeks wrapped in a tea towel )
bland
like soft mushy cotton wool.
Mouldy old dough
Such short use by dates but mouldy 2 days after delivery. Most weeks!
Delicious
Toasted this bread and it was so light and delicious. Reminded me of bread you get from a bakery.
