All of our breads are a natural source of Vitamin D and Fibre, two nutrients that are naturally low in our diets. We use a natural source of Vitamin D that is produced by yeast, which is why you will find ‘yeast’ on our list of ingredients, not because we use it as part of the dough making process.

Lovely bread, soft and light
I bought this on the strength of the good reviews and used it to make a sandwich which was very stodgy. It was nicer toasted, but had to throw the rest away - delivered on Friday, out of date and mouldy by Sunday. Won't be buying it again.
and perfect for all kinds of cheese
Enjoyed this bread but never seems to be instock why, I find something that I like then unable to purchase again. Have they stopped making it ?
short shelf life
This is nice bread which has been a regular staple in our house for some time. However, the shelf life has dramatically reduced recently and I cannot justify the price for bread which will be stale within the next day. It used to last much longer but recently made toast for my toddler and was horrified to spot mould on it. Such a shame!
Very nice and healthier bread
An understated excellent loaf. Doesnt have the sour taste of sourdough but its the first wheat loaf Ive come across for a long time that makes me feel fed. The wild crafted wheat is very welcome as is the absence of preservatives. Would highly recommend.
