Recipes
You will need:
- 1 Tikka masala curry kit
- 1.5 Tbsp oil
- 100 ml Water
- 300g Chicken breasts, diced
- 300ml Single cream
Method:
1. In a bowl, season the chicken with the tikka masala seasoning and 1/2 Tbsp oil.
2. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on a medium heat, stirring continuously. Add the ghee base paste and continue to fry for 3 minutes whilst stirring.
3. Stir in the tikka masala sauce and 100ml water, cook for a further 6-8 minutes.
4. Add the single cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes then serve.
Simple swaps: Replace the chicken breast with prawns. Add in at step 4.
