Wash before use.
Cooking guidelines
Boil - From Chilled. 20-25 mins Mash Potatoes
Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer until tender. Drain. Return the potatoes to heat for 1 min to dry. Add butter, milk and seasoning then mash until smooth and creamy. Do not reheat.; Multiple - From Chilled. Roast potatoes boil 5-10 mins
preheat oven. Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces.

Electric 220°C Fan 200°C Gas 7 40-50 mins
Shake to roughen surface. Preheat some oil in a roasting tin. Spread potatoes evenly in roasting tin and baste. Roast uncovered. Turn once during cooking or until golden.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Wedges

Preheat oven. Cut potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
