Extremely Chocolatey Cookies
Makes 8 Cookies
Add a scoop of ice cream between 2 cookies for a rich dessert.
1 Box Triple Chocolate Cookie Mix
75g Softened
Unsalted Butter
30ml (2 tbsp) Cold Water
Oven 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4
1. Preheat the oven.
2. Line a flat baking tray with grease proof paper.
3. Empty both sachets into a bowl, then add the butter and water.
4. Mix together to form a dough.
5. Divide the cookie dough into 8 balls.
6. Evenly space the balls on the baking tray and gently press each ball down.
7. Bake in the centre of the oven for 15 mins for a chewy cookie or 18 mins for more of a crunch.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking tray for 5 mins before transferring to a cooling rack.
