British turkey breast joint stuffed with a pork, sage and onion stuffing, brined with buttermilk and stock for tenderness and succulence. Finished with oak smoked bacon. Serves 2 to 3.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: This product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 1 hour
Needs cooking
For best results please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove the absorbent pad before cooking. Cover tray loosely with foil and place on baking tray on middle shelf of oven. Baste occasionally. Check that product is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. Once cooked remove from oven and cover with clean foil. Leave to rest for 10 mins before carving. Remove poultry bands before carving.
Do not reheat.
