Instructions
Preheat air fryer. Remove sleeve and film. Drizzle goose fat dressing from sachet onto potatoes in tray and mix well until evenly coated. Place potatoes in air fryer tray in a single layer ensuring even spread. Program the air fryer to cook for 20-25 mins. Turn potatoes halfway through cooking. Check potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
For extra crispiness cook on for longer.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 45-50 mins

Good!
Bought these on a flash sale and they were great for a mid-week roast. Crisped nicely. Possibly a little dry on the inside for the kids.
Bit underwhelmed
Was expecting something rather special but got a half decent roast potato. M&S could do a smidge better!
rotten well before use by date !
These potatoes are great when I buy them in store and use them on the day of purchase but they are never ok until the use by date and at least 50% of the time if I order them on line they go in the bin as they are black and smell . Wont be buying unless its in store from now on .

I had to add a bit more oil as not enough goose fat, cooked well .
Yummy
I’m astonished by the previous reviews. These potatoes are really delicious. They were so tasty that my visitors kept eating them and I received many compliments. So easy to make and I throw them in for about an hour on 180 and turn them half way through. So easy too as no boiling or peeling.
Black spots and stink to high heaven
These used to be the best roasties, until the packaging changed. They now use rotten potatoes that are full of black and brown spots, and stink to high heaven!
