not m&s quality sadly
This cheesecake is poor. In taste, texture and just lacks the m&s standard! Do not buy, there are other better desserts! The cream part is grainy and odd, the berry topping is gelatinous and too tart!
l berrylicious
these are simply delicious. the only problem I have and the reason for reducing it to a four-star is the price. they have increased significantly in price in the last year and whilst I understand everything has gone up, this is ridiculous for two, quite frankly slivers of cheesecake that most adults would consume in one sitting
Good but could be better
We did enjoy the cheesecake but I think there could be more fruit, and the fruit topping felt a bit gelatinous. The creamy filling and base were both good.
Disappointing
Really nothing to write home about. Expected better from M&S
Ok for the price
Decent enough cheesecake for a quick dessert, nice biscuit base creamy cheesecake, topping is better if you have a few fresh berries and a bit of squirty cream to add.
Middling
I liked the thick biscuit base, and the cheesecake was OK, but the berry topping tasted a bit synthetic. Bought as part of a meal deal but I wouldn't bother with it again. Husband agreed.
