Wagyu Silverside of Beef
Widely regarded as some of the finest meat in the world, we've expertly butchered and matured our British Wagyu for a minimum of 30 days to develop its intense depth of flavour and unrivalled, buttery texture.
Our boneless Wagyu silverside joint offers ultimate succulence with characteristically intense fat marbling, for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. We've seasoned it with a touch of salt, pepper and a bay leaf, ready for slow-cooking at home.
Available for Christmas deliveries from 20th December - 24th December.
Use by 26th December.
