Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
1 For the perfect steak
Needs cooking.
Remove from packaging 10 mins before cooking, then lightly oil and season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.
2 For pan-frying, preheat a dry pan to high. Cook to your liking, turn halfway through. Add a knob of butter for the final minute, basting the steak continually to enhance its flavour.
Rare 2-3 mins
Medium 3-6 mins
3 Leave to rest for 5 mins before serving.
Do not reheat.
