Old and rancid
Despite still having 6 months left before BB date, these tasted rancid. I bought them because of the good reviews. Yes - they are entire half pieces rather than bits, but thats no compensation for the awful taste.
Lovely walnuts
I eat them as they are rather than cooking with them, taste a lot nicer than the Ocado ones
They were halves
I've just been finishing off my Christmas cakes - and I like to put a few nuts and cherries on the top. In past years when I've ordered walnut halves, they've always turned up as being more walnut pieces - but these are majority halves, which means the tops of the cakes look nice, as well as taste good.
Really satisfying
Have found these to be a great option rather than reaching for the unhealthy commercial snacks. They have a lovely clean creamy slightly sweet flavour without the bitterness or slightly rancid undertone you can get with some of the other supermarkets Really satisfying too!
Absolutely gorgeous!
I usually buy organic but tried these – they are delicious! They have a gorgeous earthy, nutty flavour and perfect smooth crunchy texture – the depth of flavour and texture is superb. Highly recommend.
