Our White Flesh Sweet Potatoes have a delicately sweet flavour with a subtle nuttiness. Each one is sourced by trusted growers for their firm texture and distinctive pale flesh. Eat a healthy variety of different coloured vegetables and fruits each day - at least 5 portions.

Wash before use.

Boil - From Ambient. Mashed Potatoes
10-15 mins
- Peel and cut into 3 evenly sized pieces.
- Boil until tender.
- Mash with olive oil and season to taste.; Cooking Instructions - General. Needs Cooking. For best results, use the oven.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Roast Potatoes
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 25-35 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Peel (or leave skin on) cut into evenly sized pieces.
- Place in a roasting dish.
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil.
- Cook until tender.

Jacket Potatoes
Electric 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7, 45-60 mins
- Preheat oven.
- Pierce potatoes several times.
- Place directly on the oven shelf.
- Cook until tender.
