Cooking Instructions - From Frozen. For best results oven cook. Remove all packaging.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time.; Grill - From Frozen. 16 mins
Preheat grill to medium. Place contents on buttered foil
Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Turn halfway through cooking time.; Microwave - From Frozen. 750W 6 mins, 30 secs
900W 6 mins
Place contents in a microwaveable container. Cover with microwaveable film. Pierce film. Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 30 mins,
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5
Preheat oven. Place contents in an ovenproof dish.
Add 45ml water. Dot with butter season with salt and pepper.
Cover with foil.; Poach - From Frozen. 10 mins
Place contents in a shallow pan. Cover with milk or water and bring to a simmer.
