Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging.
For best results Oven cook.
Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Cooking instructions are for two fillets, more than two fillets may require longer cooking time.; Grill - From Frozen. 16-20 Mins
Preheat grill to medium.
Place contents on buttered foil.
Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Turn halfway through cooking time.; Microwave - From Frozen. Place contents in a microwaveable container. Cover with microwaveable film. Pierce film.
750W 6 mins, 30 secs
900W 6 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 30 Mins
Preheat oven. Place contents in an ovenproof dish. Add 45ml water.
Dot with butter. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with foil.
Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5; Poach - From Frozen. 10-15 Mins
Place contents in a shallow pan. Cover with equal parts of milk and water. Bring to a simmer.
