Our Young Spinach is harvested from M&S Select Farms we know and trust, to ensure absolute freshness and quality. These crisp, vibrant leaves have a subtle, sweet flavour ideal for salads or a nutritious addition to smoothies.

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.

For best results STEAM
3 mins
• Remove all packaging.
• Empty contents into a steamer or colander and steam.


MICROWAVE
• Pierce film once where shown on front of pack.
• Place on a microwaveable plate.
• Cook on high (100%).
750W 4 mins
900W 3 mins, 30 secs
• After cooking, leave to stand for 2 mins.
• Guide for one pack only.


BOIL
2 mins
• Bring pan of water to boil, empty pack contents into pan, cover and simmer.
• Drain and serve.


Do not reheat.

Film - Do not recycle at home, recycle with bags at large supermarket.
