The Chorizo we use to make our product is one of the most famous Authentic Spanish Chorizo's, adored across Spain. Made in the heart of Rioja, it is made from four simple ingredients (Pork, Gralic, Paprika de la Vera, and Salt). Hung and cured for 30 days it is made to the same family recipe passed down the generations.
By slicing and roasting it gently we simply deliver what is alreday an excetional product, but make it easy to enjoy as a snack; give it some texture, take away residual oils that may get onto your hands and intensify the flavour a touch.
It is one of the most enjoyable snacks to enjoy with a drink and delivers a simple, authentic experience that's incredibly tasty.
