History
Wines of origin, expertly sourced and blended by Ehrmanns. The 'Made in' range explores some of the key wine-making regions of the world and features wines carefully selected for their provenance and varietal typicity.
Regional Information
The grapes for this wine come from the upper Lujan (Agrelo, Urgeteche) lower valle de Uco, around 800 to 900 meters above sea level. Mendoza is in the rain shadow of the Andes mountains and the climate is semi desert with little rain which provides a good climate for disease-free grapes and minimal spraying.

Vinification Details
The grapes are hand picked into 400kg bins early in the morning and transported to the winery where they are crushed and destemed into 10 ton fermenters. Selected yeasts are added and fermented for 10 days at 28°C. We remontage the fermenters 5 times a day for 10 minutes to keep the cap constantly moist and cool to avoid extracting aggressive tannins. The wine is then racked to remove solids and sent to tanks to undergo malolactic fermentation.

Great

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. We love wine and buy one organic white wine which gives us an amazing taste and buzz. This was the same great taste and great buzz too

Delish!

I was offered this wine foe a review. I found it has note of plums and enjoyed it with a tomato pasta dish. Very smooth to drink.no headache afterwards

Needs to breathe

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. We received both the regular and the organic version of this wine. In balance, we all preferred the organic, the wine had a smoother aftertaste. Both wines need to breathe though, so give them an hour open before you pour.

good for a gathering

I am reviewing this as I was given a free sample by Ocado It was enjoyed when we had a few friends around - not too heavy and went well with the rather random food we had !

Enjoyed.

Given to review we enjoyed this wine. Opened in advance and left to breathe we had it with a curry and it went really well. Tis is a mid week bottle, nothing particularly special but ok and the left overs made a good bolognese the next day

Full bodied

I'm reviewing this wine as I was sent a free sample by Ocado. I really enjoyed this wine, it was full bodied with undertones of liquorice and blackcurrant and I will definitely buy again when on offer.
