Recipes
Recommended recipe
Bruschetta with 'Nduja and Burrata.
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 30 g of 'Nduja
- 1 fresh burrata
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove (optional)
Easy difficulty.
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Serves: 2
1. Toast the bread slices in a frying pan, on a grill, or in a toaster until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
2. (Optional) If desired, rub a raw garlic clove over the surface of the hot toasted bread to add extra flavor.
3. In a bowl, mix the 'Nduja with a drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
4. While the bread is still warm, spread a generous amount of the mixture over each slice. The heat from the bread will soften the 'Nduja, making it easier to spread.
5. Tear the fresh burrata by hand or with a knife and place generous pieces on top of the 'Nduja.
6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, if desired.
7. Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast between the warm, crispy bread and the fresh, creamy burrata
