Product information
Mahou Cinco Estrellas is a 5.1% ABV deep blonde Pils-style lager beer. It has a well-defined aroma with a hoppy, zesty flavour and a soft lingering finish.
Mahou originates in Madrid, where this celebrated lager has been synonymous with the city's beer and tapas culture since 1890. First brewed by the children of Casimiro Mahou, it has a five-star taste created using high quality ingredients: premium Spanish and Bavarian hops and a century-old strain of brewer's yeast. A hint of malted barley and a gentle bitterness combine for a clean refreshing flavour that makes Mahou bottles the ideal companion for Spanish cuisine.
Serve chilled in bottles between 6-8°C, or in a branded glass poured at an angle to allow a large creamy head, keeping the beer fresh and full of flavour to the last drop.

Preparation and Usage
How to Pour a Mahou to Live a Five Star Experience
Temperature. Make sure your Mahou has the right temperature, between 4-6 °C.
Tilt the glass 45°. Tilt the glass to a 45° angle and pour the beer without touching the glass, sliding it down the walls.
Put the glass straight. When the glass is almost full, place it vertically and pour the rest of the beer towards the center to get 1-2 cm of foam. It prevents the beer from oxidation.

Mahou
Mahou originates in Madrid where this celebrated Pilsner-style lager has been synonymous with the city's beer-and-tapas culture since 1890, when first brewed by the children of Casimiro Mahou. It has a five-star taste and is brewed using high quality ingredients: premium Spanish and Bavarian hops and a century-old strain of brewer's yeast.
In 1890, when Enrique, Luis, and Carolina, children of a French entrepreneur born in Lorraine, founded Hijos de Casimiro Mahou in Madrid, the French surname was poised to become the flagship name of one of Spain's most famous beers. In 1891 the first Mahou beer was produced at the brewery on Amaniel Street in Madrid. Today Mahou is Spain's number one beer brand. Its premium variant Mahou Cinco Estrellas has been imported and distributed by Carlsberg UK since 2010.

The Best Beer
Absolutely love this stuff. My friend gave me Madri to try, thats brewed over here and tastes like a week peroni. This Mahou is lovely, really tasty, not gassy, just really easy to drink and goes with everything. Try it, you wont be disappointed, but you will be a bit poorer as its addictive

Great tasting lager. Much more to it than the two types of estrella.

Very nice different taste
I thought it was essentially Estrella beer just a different version but it isn’t - it has a different flavour , I never tried a beer like this before. I’m normally an Ale fan but this is quite tasty lager !
