A premium quality brown rice pasta tube, Mezze Maniche Rigate is perfect for creating healthier pasta dishes. This artisan pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures for an exceptional cooked texture and flavour. A good source of dietary fibre, gluten and soy free as well as free from additives and emulsifiers. Maidea Gluten Free Paccheri, Tagliatelle and Spagetti shapes also available.

Store in a cool dry place

Cooking Time: Typically 11-13 minutes depending on your ‘al dente’ preference.
Simply add pasta to boiling water, drain when cooked and stir in your favourite sauce for a gourmet meal in minutes.


Instructions


1 Serving is 85g


Hob - Boil 1ltr of water and add 1tsp salt per Serving. Stir in 85g pasta. Boil for 11 to 13 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute after this until 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.
