This artisan pasta is bronze drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures for an exceptional cooked texture and flavour. Cooking Time: Typically 9-12 minutes depending on your ‘al dente’ preference.
Simply add pasta to boiling water, drain when cooked and stir in Le Conserve Della Nonna Vegan & Gluten Free Red Pesto for a gourmet meal in minutes.
Instructions
1 Serving is 85g
Hob - Boil 1ltr of water and add 1tsp salt per Serving. Stir in 85g pasta. Boil for 9 to 12 minutes and carefully taste the pasta every minute after this until 'al dente'. Drain and serve immediately.

Fabulous Tagliatelle
This is my favourite gluten free Tagliatelle. Perfect pack size for two people - its really filling! You need to make sure you cook it to how you like your pasta to be - so test. I cooked for 13 minutes and it had a slight bite to it. I served this with Venison meatballs with a red wine and mushroom sauce - delicious
Thick tagliatelle
I love Maidea pastas, so thought I would try the tagliatelle. I was disappointed. Seemed tasteless but the pasta was very thick, which made it quite chewy and unpleasant. Ive tried all of the others, and would give 5 stars for those!
Amazing Spaghetti
The quality of Maidea products is super, as such a good price too. It cooks so well. I added lots to a lentil carrot bolognaise
true tagliatelle
I'm always attentive to labels and this pasta doesn't contain junk, just flour and water. It cooks well and you can make excellent dishes
Prefer it over the real thing
Very substantial like other reviewers said but filling and great taste
Tough and thick
I don't know if we got a bad batch or something but I have to agree with the other reviewer who didn't recognise this product from the other reviews. It is *extremely* thick - at least twice as thick as normal tagliatelle - which means that 1) even after 15 mins it was still barely al dente, 2) you only get a few strands per portion, which looks unsatisfying and makes for a bad ratio of pasta to sauce, and 3) It's tough and heavy to eat.
