Instructions

Stir Fry - From Ambient. Place the noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand 3 minutes only (or 1 if stir-fry).
Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain.
Add to stir-fries, soups and salads or serve as side dish.

I add these to Pho with some veggies for a super quick one pan dinner for my kids. They love it

Handy & Great Value

I always have a packet of these in the kitchen. I leave them to soak in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, drain & then serve with a salad or stir fry vegetables. If Im really short on time, once cooked I mix with a tablespoon (or three!) of marmite crunchy peanut butter for a quick snack. Much cheaper than other brands & also quick & easy to book. Highly recommended.

Packaging was very dirty

The egg noodles were good but the plastic wrapping they arrived in was in a very dirty state covered with dark black dust and traces of some residue in several patches which made me concerned about where this package has been. It is food after all and some care should be taken in keeping a product being sold to customers in a hygienic and clean condition. For this reason I don't think I will buy this product again.

great when cooked exactly to instructions

These are great quick noodles, make sure to do exactly as it says on the pack - rinse in cold water after hot - otherwise these little fellas will clump right up. I find adding a bit of oil at this stage helps too.

love these

These are so handy and quick to prepare. They hold their firmness well but retain that slipperiness others dont have. They also soak up Tamari etc really well.
