Great stock

Always reliable, never had a problem. I use it to season and sometimes for a quick soup. I need a little more salt for my taste, but at its not inconsiderable price now, I add it myself and don't pay for it in the mix.

Unpleasant odour and taste

Agree with the reviewer who comments on the weird odour and taste. You were generous - I would give it no stars if poss as it's inedible. Perhaps the entire batch is off? I don't recall this problem in the small cartons.

thirty percent price increase since mid december

This was 5.65 on 15 december. It is now 7.40 on 20 february. That's a 30 percent increase in 2 months.

The best stock.

Flavoursome, delicious vegan vegetable stock. Perfect for gravies, soup, sauces and yum as a warm savoury drink!

Yeast free

One of the only bouillons that's both yeast and gluten free. Has a nice flavour and helps make really good gravy. Only downside is Ocado throwing products around during the packing process as the lid had been knocked off the last one we had and the foil underneath had been torn so was sadly unusable

Strange smell & taste.

I have been buying this for years. However the latest tub has a strange taste & smell. I dont know if this is because its a large tub and is therefore taking longer to finish. It is well within date. and stored in a cool larder. I will give the smaller size a go before coming to a decision whether to continue.
